Manufactured at Scale.
Finished to Specification.
Complete furniture and joinery packages for villa developments. Made in our own facility, to consistent quality, across every unit.
A factory built
for bulk orders.
We manufacture furniture, joinery, and interior fixtures for villa developments — kitchens, wardrobes, living room furniture, dining, and outdoor. Everything is produced in our own facility, under one quality standard.
The difference between a boutique furniture studio and a contract manufacturer is scale. We are built for scale. Multi-unit rollouts are our standard workflow, not an exception. Twenty identical villas are quoted, produced, and delivered the same way one villa is.
Same materials. Same hardware. Same finishes. Same lead times. Every unit.
Manufacturing capacity,
in numbers.
Villas per project
Routinely delivered as a single coordinated rollout.
Furniture pieces per villa
Full joinery, seating, dining, and outdoor package.
Weeks lead time
From design sign-off to installation.
In-house production
No outsourcing. No third-party quality variation.
Modular kitchens, engineered for repetition.
Every kitchen module is drawn once and manufactured identically across all units. Same dimensions, same hardware, same finish — no variation between villa one and villa twenty.
Base units in 18mm moisture-resistant marine plywood. Carcass edges sealed and banded on all four sides. Hinges and drawer systems by Blum or Hettich with lifetime-rated mechanisms. Countertops in quartz, granite, or solid surface, templated on-site and cut in batches.
- 18mm marine plywood carcass, banded on all edges
- Blum or Hettich hardware — rated for 200,000+ cycles
- Batch-cut countertops for dimensional consistency
- Soft-close hinges and drawer runners standard
- Every module inspected against approved drawings
Wardrobes built to the millimetre, batch after batch.
Wall-to-wall wardrobes, sliding systems, and walk-in configurations. Every unit uses the same carcass construction, the same fittings, and the same finish — so when a client walks into villa nine, it matches villa one.
Internal fittings are standardised across every wardrobe in the project: pull-down rails, LED sensor lighting, velvet-lined drawers, and dedicated compartments for shoes and accessories.
- Standardised carcass across all units in the project
- Soft-close hardware and integrated LED lighting
- Velvet-lined jewellery and accessory drawers
- Sliding, hinged, and open-frame systems
- Millimetre-accurate to your ceiling and wall dimensions
Upholstery produced in volume, without compromise.
Sofas, sectionals, armchairs, and coffee tables. Frames built from kiln-dried hardwood, assembled with dowels and corner blocks. Foam densities specified per seat area — high-resilience in the seat, softer in the back.
Upholstery is cut from a single fabric batch across all units in the project. This guarantees identical colour, hand, and finish. No shade variation between villas.
- Kiln-dried hardwood frames with mortise-and-tenon joinery
- High-resilience foam — 32–38 kg/m³ seat density
- Single fabric batch across all units for colour match
- Media walls and storage manufactured to plan
- Custom dimensions per villa layout where needed
Dining tables and chairs, batch-manufactured.
Dining tables in solid oak, walnut, marble, or lacquered finishes. Tops and bases are made as separate assemblies so larger tables can be disassembled for transport and reassembled on-site without damage.
Chairs and benches are produced to the same standard as our lounge seating — solid frames, high-resilience foam, and upholstery from the same fabric batch as the rest of the project.
- Solid timber, marble, and lacquered finishes
- Knock-down construction for safe transport
- Seats sized 6 to 16 per table
- Upholstery matched to the rest of the project
- Sideboards, wine units, and bar cabinets to match
Outdoor furniture, engineered for the climate.
Outdoor sofas, loungers, dining sets, and side tables. Frames in teak, powder-coated aluminium, or marine-grade stainless steel. Selected for UV, moisture, and temperature stability.
Cushions use quick-dry foam cores and performance fabrics rated for outdoor use. Fabric specification is coordinated with the interior palette so the terrace reads as a continuation of the villa.
- Teak, powder-coated aluminium, and stainless steel
- Quick-dry foam cores in all outdoor cushions
- Performance fabrics rated for UV and moisture
- Poolside and cabana furniture available
- Coordinated with landscape and pool architects
Quality is a process,
not a promise.
Every piece we manufacture passes through five inspection points before it leaves the facility. No unit ships without sign-off.
Incoming Material
Every batch of plywood, timber, foam, fabric, and hardware is inspected on arrival. Materials that don't meet spec are returned to the supplier.
Cut & Assembly
Dimensional accuracy is checked at the cutting stage and again after assembly. Tolerances: ±1mm on visible edges, ±2mm on internal components.
Finish Inspection
Every finished surface is inspected under controlled lighting for colour consistency, sanding quality, and lacquer or veneer finish.
Hardware & Function
Every hinge, drawer runner, and soft-close mechanism is tested through multiple full cycles before packing. Fittings that don't pass are replaced.
Pre-Ship Audit
Final inspection against the approved drawings, the project colour chart, and the packing list. Nothing leaves the facility without a signed audit sheet.

Step by step.
Brief & Quote
You send floor plans, unit count, and specifications. We return a scope of supply and a per-unit quote.
